Agreement

By using Bird Local you agree to these terms. If you’re using it for a business, you accept them on the business’s behalf.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and use the service lawfully. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Bird Local must be used in line with each connected platform’s policies and applicable law — including the FTC’s rules on reviews. No review gating, incentivized, or fake reviews.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew each cycle until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid only if you choose to continue. Limits (such as monthly SMS/email) apply per plan.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may update features over time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing here excludes liability that can’t be excluded.
