Bird Local (“we”, a VIS Mountain brand) provides reputation, local-visibility and engagement software for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, business info), the review platforms and contacts you connect, review and listing data we retrieve from connected services, and usage data needed to run the product.

How we use it

To operate the service — request and manage reviews, track local visibility, generate responses and content, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with the platforms you connect (e.g. Google, Facebook) and the service providers that help us run Bird Local, under appropriate agreements.

Your choices

You can access, export or delete your data, and disconnect any platform, from your account. A Data Processing Agreement is available for business customers.

Data retention & security

We keep data for as long as your account is active and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
