Data Processing Agreement

Purpose

This summarizes how Bird Local processes personal data on behalf of business customers (the “controller”). A full signable DPA is available on request.

Roles

For data you bring or connect, you’re the controller and Bird Local is the processor, acting on your instructions.

Sub-processors

We use vetted sub-processors (hosting, messaging and the platforms you connect) under data-protection terms.

Security & rights

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, assist with data-subject requests, and delete or return data on termination.
